Yes, you can skip or reschedule your cleaning appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. This can be done by giving us a call or through the contact us page.

A water fed pole window cleaning system uses purified water delivered through an extendable pole to clean windows. This system allows us to clean windows from the ground, eliminating the need for ladders or scaffolding.
The system uses a telescopic pole with a brush head at the end. Purified water is pumped up the pole and sprayed onto the windows. The brush head scrubs away dirt and grime, and the purified water rinses it clean, leaving no spots or streaks.
The duration varies depending on the size of your house. Some houses take as little as 10 minutes, while others can take up to an hour.
Yes, we are fully insured for all our cleaning services.
I accept cash, credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and direct debit. Direct debit is our preferred method. Once I clean your windows, I will submit the payment through GoCardless or Stripe, and the payment is taken only after I complete the job, usually within a day or two.
Yes, My cheapest prices are for 4-weekly cleans. We charge 25% more for 8-weekly cleans and slightly more for one-off cleans.
I 100% guarantee your satisfaction. If you aren’t happy with the service, I will come out and do the job again free of charge.
I try my best to keep to your schedule, but sometimes heavy rain, ice, or snow can delay my services. However, I do clean windows in the rain as it is part of my job to stick to the schedule as much as possible.
